About
I started as a developer – first with Objective-C and Swift on iOS, later on the web. Over the years the question "Are we building the right thing?" has interested me more than the pure "How do we build it?".
Today I work as Product Owner for SaaS-Produkte at RR Software GmbH. I like teams that take responsibility, short feedback loops and products that explain themselves within a few clicks.

Oversized or unclear initiatives make estimates unreliable and delay the delivery of usable value.
I break requirements down into transparent work packages, clarify dependencies and prioritise together with the team by business value, risk and feasibility.
Roadmaps need to give direction and remain flexible enough for new insights.
I plan work packages and iterations based on available capacity, technical dependencies and business priorities. Progress and decisions stay transparent for everyone involved.
The later a wrong assumption becomes visible, the higher the cost of correcting it.
I set up early feedback loops with users and stakeholders, review interim results and adjust priorities when needed. That way we spot missteps early and invest deliberately in solutions that hold up.

Responsible for roadmap, prioritisation, requirements and the collaboration with customers, stakeholders and frontend and backend teams for a SaaS solution in education and event management. Accompanying the design process and UI/UX alignment are part of the role.
